Why he's ban evading and audit is not enough : Ryan has scammed multiple people in the past and it looks like he's still at it to this day, I legit feel bad for him lol. To start off, Ryan is known for sniping and scamming names, he'll attempt to sell names and then contact Jagex after the sale to recover them back. There's a couple things about this account that threw me off, and now I know that it's him.

1. Both take the similar interest in wrestling, specifically Wwe. In Ryanrox92's signature, it featured Randy Orton RKOing the shit out of an innocent civilian. As you can see, his new username is Wwers.

2. After getting banned on an account named lord(forget the numbers) Ryan has finally gained the knowlodge to use a proxy, because every time i've reported his accounts he's seen that his IP audit has became a problem.

3. Ryan posted a picture in the name sales forum, of a new account showing that the name aid was banned. There is no logical reason that he would do this, and he practically just showed the world that he's a fuckin name sniper. Both wwers & ryan's ips all are within NSW at varying places so I assume he's asked his ISP for a different IP range or something to that effect
