    As far as donations w/o PayPal, RSGP seems to be the most popular method. Just contact a bond holder. For buying gp, there are plenty of options. WU/Bitcoin/UKBT (if eligible)/Skrill etc.

    Some merchants will accept unverified Paypals with smaller amounts or extra verification.

    It varies. I believe it took two days for me, but I've heard it being a much shorter/longer process for others.
