Pretty cool, having a 10 hp Skiller with 94 magic myself (on RS3 though), really fun accounts (except for the non-existing combat part since you can't gain any HP xp, but an account like that is something "special".

Anyways, once you hit 40 Range (I believe) you should consider training at the ranged guild. The XP is anywhere between 15k-40k (depending on level) and you don't get any HP XP at all. It's also pretty much free, unlike the Dwarf Cannon which 1-99 Range only cannoning could cost over 100mil ish~. Good Luck on your goals.

 

Start small, a 99 with 10 hp is a good goal
