Confused

I was banned for "blackhat" for activity on a website in which I have no idea about? I made my skype name ages ago and haven't used it for anything since, so I have no idea what that's all about. I think this was a quite stupid ban since i've done nothing wrong and I was banned wih NO proof whatsoever of that being me. I can't even find a website named l3akforums like the guy said on there and I feel as though I'm being framed.
