As it has some of the harder/shittier skills (Eq Fishing) levelled pretty high, and cooking and firemaking for instance, levelled pretty low, this is actually a great account. Seeing you don't have to many vouches I'd try to sell it anywhere between 150 and 200m. I sold an account a little better for 175m.

 

If i sell via PA how many $ do you think I should start it at?

 

I'm not exactly familiar with PA, but I would still try to aim between 150 and 200m rs3 gp, which would be 48-64$ on a 0,32$/m scale.
