Paypal dispute against sellinanbuyinrsgold

How could i increase my chance of winning this paypal dispute?

Email from paypal:

It's a gift (family/friend) through his business paypal account, with a note 'Payment for personal debt, will never chargeback, my skype is Sellinnabuyinrsgold'
but he filed for unauthorized transaction so i guess the note is irrelevant.

I have already supplied Paypal with his personal info: name, phone number, address, IP (given by Sythe&Matthew).

Anything else i could do? Didnt feel like i'd win...

Doubt you could win this one. It's out of paypal's hands at that point honestly, when it comes to Visa/Mastercard fraud protection, you don't have to prove ANYTHING to get your money back.

 

If u are telling ur credit card company that some1 misused ur card, isnt it a pretty big issue in which u have to file a police report etc?

Surely there must be some measures from the credit card company to prevent ppl from buying products/services then claiming unauthorized use?

 

No. You don't have to file a police report. Very rarely are you required to file a police report with a credit card, if it's a debit card (linked directly to a bank account) you may be required to file a police report.

The only feasible way you'll win this is if they conclude there was no fraud.
