Syeds Dispute

Syed says he's extremely vexed with your actions in his recent banning from Sythe.org - The Craigslist of Virtual Goods.

Your action not only caused extreme distress for my client, but it also ruined his impeccable reputation in this community. He's always been known as a stand-up guy and I go to him for all my R2Pleasent orders.

I sincerely hope Syed's banning was due to a great misunderstanding, as anything else would be unacceptable. While I was the person to make the original report that led to Syed's mishap, I would like to rescind my report. It does appear that Syed did indeed post an IP address very similar to that of one Mr. Deathsnova, and I do not condone this behavior. However, Syed's intentions were not backed by malice. After speaking with Deathsnova, I discovered that it was all in good jest. While, as I stated, I seriously thought Syed was threatening a DDoS attack, Deathsnova has given me the following screenshot as proof that he also rescinds any claims he made, although I disagree with his statement of my report being originally made in jest.

Thank you for your consideration. I was approached by Syed to make this report. I must warn you though, Syed did joke about possibly evading his ban on another account, so I would definitely check for that before taking this dispute into account, as I still do not condone Syed's behavior, nor do I support this dispute.

 

The 1month ban isn't really disputable. Joking aside, it's idiotic to think that's acceptable. I was going to perm him, so be glad there are lenient staff.
