Edit: Rest is now banned but not sure if he's perm banned or not. If not and he is found guilty he needs to be permed. If this or if he is already permed Johnclaud needs to be banned regardless.

John and Rest were banned/TWC'd for being same person

As mentioned in the report on Rangekid123 it seems he made multiple profiles a while ago and occasionally uses one of those as opposed to making a new one to ban evade upon. He has a tendency to vouch himself however (also shown in the Rangekid123 report) which is what he did on JohnClaud1 I believe.

On top of this, Rest/Johnclaud do not post their skype anymore which screams vader, and are heavily involved in the RSPS market which is what Sunil/Kankerbal/Rangekid/No Fear/ whatever you want to call him was usually mainly focused on as well.

Believe IPs will point to Rest/JohnClaud being the same person as well.
