OP claims I own an account I don't and based a report with false evidence off an IP audit. (before he edited the report).

Ya because it's silly to think an account with an IP match to two other accounts that belong solely to you would also be you, when there's NOBODY else on the IP right?

OP states he will continue to dig and pursue to find so called evidence of me scamming in the past to try and get me banned.

No shit, if you were capable of taking 30 seconds to read my threads you would see I dig to find evidence on scammers. It's what I do. If you feel like i'm solely targeting you, you've overlooked well over 1000 other profiles i've found evidence on.

OP posts in the wrong section causing me to lose $800 in trades due to looking like I have a scam report open.

The report was on you not only potentially vading, but potentially having left evidence out of your pardon. It is valid to post a report on you leaving information out of your pardon in the Report a Scammer section rather than the report a vader section.

OP claims I'm involved in illegal activities just because I Google'd a freaking picture (more false claims and reports).

If you google what words? "Signature of someone carding forum" ? It is obvious hear from the way he worded things that he either misconstrued the information at hand or was coming up with a poor lie to explain why he has been on carding forums.

He scammed a friend of mine, obviously I was going to call him out on it. The person he scammed i've known for half a decade and yet Sellinanbuyinrsgold claims he tried scamming him for like 70$ worth the shit when he made a transaction the previous day for 250$. Yeah okay lmfao. There is nothing in the rules about not being able to dislike scammers, if such a rule were to be added I would need to be the first one banned, because I do not like scammers, which is why I do not like Sellinanbuyinrsgold. I did not harass him, and even though i'm not sure if you can see the deleted posts or not, you will see that HE initiated things by posting something on my thread about how everyone in the world is accusing him of scamming. This was in no way relevant to the thread at hand and he was posting it solely to seek attention. Furthermore, it would be an entirely different issue if I had "sellinanbuyinrsgold is a scammer!" in my signature or went around posting on his threads not to trade with him. I have not done this, and what I have done aside from accusing him of scamming a dear friend is very minimal. It is obvious Sellinanbuyinrsgold has an inferiority complex and constantly feels as if everyone is targeting him, however this is not my issue nor do I care.

User calls me a scammer with no proof/evidence and bases it off a friend of his supposedly being scammed by me when everyone knows D N Y S from the Soulsplit staff team went rogue and was corrupt, also hacking and framing me.

This is where it gets beyond laughable, as he didn't go "rogue and corrupt". He started selling gold on a dying game (Soulshit) so obviously the remaining staff are going to say he's corrupt when he does something they don't approve of. Obviously I do not advocate retaliation which is what Ryan/D N Y S did (hacking Sellinanbuyinrsgold's SS account because the password was sitting in front of him), however Sellinanbuyinrsgold had just scammed him and he's acting as if he's an innocent party here, which is thoroughly pathetic.


User posts a skype profile and falsely claims it to be mine which even if it was falls under the discolsure of others personal information (see rule broken at the bottom).
2015 Notable Banned Users Thread
Note: my only public Skype is Sellinanbuyinrsgold.

As I replied to his post on the Notable Banned Users Thread, it was a previously used skype which would not be his current personal skype and it can be found publicly by googling it, linked to a hacking forum. Not sure how this amounts to it being a personal skype if it's linked to a hacking website when you google it and he used to use it for business offsite regardless. On top of this, the leaking personal information rule does not apply to info I assumed was his personal information, it applies to his actual information. If someone were to accuse me of being Osama Bin Laden and Stalin's love child outside of the spam forum and said my name was Joseph Stalin Bin Laden Jr. and I said it was correct, would they be banned for leaking my personal information? No. It wasn't his information, it was the information of a known scammer he previously associated himself with. He is literally trying to make it seem as if i've wronged him in any way here, but he's doing more damage to himself than I ever could.

Rules being broken/offences committed by the user YousuckV2 in an attempt to ruin my rep by slandering my name, harassing me, causing drama, trying to disclose personal information ETC..................

1. Partaking in behavior intended to disturb or upset another user

2. Deceiving members or staff for fun, humor, or to cause drama

3. Posting purposely to anger or to elicit a negative response from others for fun, humor, or to cause drama

Not sure where he's drumming these numbers up from considering he's linked like 2-3 threads, all of which had reasonable doubt (the reports) or valid information (banned notable users thread where he's crying about how he's on there for having been banned recently). I question him as to why he scammed my friend and he gave me some BS answer, but I didn't go around posting on all of his threads telling people not to trade with him or something like that. Anything even close to breaking these rules has been done in the spam forum where it's allowed and if he's going to complain about that then it's his own issue.

I'm requesting several things be done or 1 of these at least please.
1. By him posting a report and slandering my name he has caused me $50 at least in losses due to 5 people claiming I'm a scammer based off his wild claims and false report (due to the fact that there was a scam report open against me for a week before a mod moved to the proper section RaBe), even though the evidence was false.

Even if the report had been valid, which I requested a close upon due to not having enough evidence after a second review (even though as stated above, there is reasonable doubt if another profile shares a direct IP match with two of yours and nobody else, and you admitted having lied about the IP in the past), it did not accuse you of scamming, it accused you of having left information out of your pardon.

2. Ban YousuckV2 for the following rules broken above.

Whether or not I broke any rules is highly questionable in the eyes of anyone with a brain, sorry that you aren't able to comprehend this.

3. At the very least I request a mod to remove my name off his list on this thread
2015 Notable Banned Users Thread
Note: my only public Skype is Sellinanbuyinrsgold. Seeing as how the OP claims the thread is meant for notable bans that effected the community but mine wasn't a notable ban. I didn't break any rules, the incident was an unexpected occurrence and I still handled things within a reasonable time frame as the dicing thread rules state.

His ban drew attention from multiple members of the community, it affected more than one member of the community, and he had already been on the list for being pardoned so it wouldn't make sense to leave him off of it for being banned again. The information on the thread is all valid and he was listed as un-banned before even crying about it so i'm not seeing the issue. The thread is meant to be strictly informational and the names of multiple other people are on there, yet he assumes this is some attempt to call him out as a scammer. People who were hacked are on there as well, so I guess i'm calling them scammers for having been hacked.

4. Contact the User to remove my name off his list and warn them that if any further harassment/slander/drama takes place (including false reports with unclear evidence) that the user will be banned for X amount of time (time determined by rule broken or mods discretion).

If there is a reason to make a report then you can guarantee I will make it. As it stands there is not enough evidence proving you visit carding forums although I believe what you posted could, for obvious reasons, be interpreted in multiple ways and could definitely be considered as an admission that you have visited said forums. As for the ban evading i've already stated twice why there was a valid reason to believe it was you. I will not be removing your name from my list as it was a valid ban reason and fits within the criteria of the thread. You are imagining 90% of this drama/whatever the hell else you claim is going on and your psychological problems are not my burden.

Clearly OP ignores his own reasoning for this thread by adding my name to it for an illegitimate reason and only does it to further harass and slander me.

I don't deserve this bullshit, I never targeted this user or pissed them off in any way directly. If they claim I did something and have no evidence of it that sounds to me like a personal problem but targeting me because of it is uncalled for.

The quote is intended to tell people not to ask why every random vader who gets banned every day or person who scams 5$ isn't on there. You claim you're a prominent enough member of the community to have been costed 800$ in sales by my thread (later lowering the number to 50$? lmfao) but apparently when you're banned for owing multiple people money and it draws the attention of multiple community members you claim it's not worth noting. The thread does not say you were banned for scamming and does not list you as still banned, it lists you as un-banned. This is valid information and there is nothing wrong with that. As far as logic is concerned his ban for owing money fits into the thread properly.

If it is not obvious by now for everyone reading this that Sellinanbuyinrsgold for some reason believes everything is a ploy to cause damage to his already questionable reputation, i'm not sure what will make it obvious. He also posted on my thread bitching at Superfluous for having his name show up in his page/tool that listed all reports on sythe ever. He thinks everyone is out to get him, and as I have already stated his psychological problems are not something I care about. If he is not mentally stable enough to remain a part of sythe.org because he thinks everyone wants to drag his sales down, this issue is not mine. As for me believing he is a scammer, I have not gone around accusing him of it aside from a jocular thread in the spam forum, and the only instance of me relating him to scamming was me asking him about a scam he was accused of, and another scam which he committed against a good friend of mine which I know took place. These were present for less than an hour before I requested Entrr to remove them myself since the conversation that resulted spammed up like a page of posts on the thread that weren't relevant.

You can see him whining and making false claims is drawing more attention to him than I ever could. He causes far more damage to himself than anyone else, then cries about it and acts as if it's the fault of others.

I should not be held accountable for Sellinanbuyinrsgold's inferiority complex and mental instability, and have only questionably broken one rule which again is questionable and was remedied rather quickly.
