    Ability to change the name of your own thread.
    One less thing we need to bug staff about.

    I couldn't think of TOO many things that could go wrong, other than some nub completely changing up everything about the thread, rendering all the responses irrelevant to what it's now about. Even that wouldn't be the end of the world, and not even that bad, especially if it was an inquiry thread and the question was already answered. In that scenario, why start a new thread & clutter the front page of a section?
