UI Competition

So I can't decide what I want as my user image, so I thought why not let you guys decide for me!

Rules

A max size of: 200px wide and 40px tall.
Must match my username exactly: "Slashz" (caps doesn't matter)
Username images must be transparent and in the PNG file format. (NO ANIMATIONS)
The image should be trimmed, as in, there should not be empty space on either side of my name.
The font MUST be a shade of white or grey(in the front works too), but can always have colours in the background.

No specific details, it's all up to you guys.

READ BEFORE ENTERING

If there are really less entries and I don't like ANY of them, I won't pay anyone. If I do and end up using it I will pay that person, however, if there are more than 5, then I will pay out a prize to the one I like the most, even if I don't plan on using it.

You may submit as many UIs as you want but it entries are counted as 1 per person.
