Having trouble implementing Bootstrap into my HTML/CSS file

I use Notepad++ for general website coding & am having trouble putting my Bootstrap code where it needs to be in order to use it.

    I have a feeling that it's a simple fix, I just don't know it. :/

Could anyone explain in layman's terms, or even get on teamview?

    I figured it out!

I was under the impression that you needed Bootstrap extension programs like Laravel in order to integrate bootstrap into your HTML code; wrong.

All I had to do was download bootstrap, put the .js file into my HTML folder directory, link the two directory codes that I found on bootstraps website into the head of my HTML file and put a text/javascript script tag into my HTML file to let it know that it's now comprehending javascript.

    Dead thread. Thanks, though. :D
