Botting help

hey im wanting to run a small bot farm but im not very rich so supplies would be an issue.

What is the cheapest/best laptop i could get and how much bots at a time do you think it could run smoothly?

What should i bot and avg profit?

It would be awesome if i could make 5m osrs a day

 

Just a tip, you shouldn't run more than 2 accounts at once from the same IP. If you do, jagex will just IP ban all accounts, and you've just lost all your profit.

Instead of investing in a new laptop, invest in a VPN.

 

Invest into a VPS rather than a VPN or new laptop. You will have a dedicated IP addresses, portioned hardware, and easily be able to organize your farm.

Yep vps is the way to go.

 

You shouldn't use a laptop for botting in my opinion. If you're going to bot, better off using a VPS as others already suggested, or buy a real cheap 2nd hand old computer, delete everything and kill every process and just run as much clients as you possibly can. Also, I've never had the problems Drean Bot brough up about running multiple bots on 1 ip addres.

 

What's a vps and how can I set one up and where can I buy and how much do they cost?

 

I'm not really into the VPS bussiness right now, but I remember back when I was interested in them, a good VPS was available for around 15$ with rsbuddy already set up for you. Try googling!

 

I don't really like VPS it's much nicer to have them all on your own box
