    We're looking for many sales commission agents to join our team. We are currently looking for agents in all time zones. We are currently accepting applications from all users. While we are not known as a big gold shop, we strive to bring the best customer service.

    A strong candidate has problem solving skills that understands the best for the company. As a agent, you will be tasked with providing support and delivering products to our customers. You are to act with professionalism and be over the age of 18. A strong agent also stays organized throughout all tasks, being able to multitask without any problems.

    A team member will be tasked with:
    - Bumping threads
    - Providing Support to Customers
    - Taking Orders
    - Buying Gold
    - Delivering Gold
    - Ability to work with Google Spreadsheet
    - Compute calculations
    - Many others

    Team members are paid 25% of the profit from their delivered orders as well as a $25-$100 monthly bonus depending on how well you represented our company for that month. Depending on the time zone and effort put in the salary range could be anywhere from $300-1000 per month (All depends on your effort). Please understand that because we are a newer gold shop, we will run into times of "dead zones". Joining our team means you are tasked with building our brand.

    I have extensive experience with online trading, especially when it comes to the virtual market. I've traded tens of thousands of dollars in virtual assets across many platforms and using many different payment processors. I'm very well versed in the security precautions needed to sell virtual goods and very familiar with the type of customer service and responsibilities that the job entails.

    I've always been interested in crypto-currencies and understand them very well. I have a firm grasp of Paypal's policies, fees, etc. I have used skrill but not extensively, I'm sure it would be no problem for me to help accept.

    - What previous work experience do you have in real life and online?

    I won't go into details on my full real life resume. But some of them include waiting tables at a restaurant, an internship at a law office, formal leadership training, and volunteer work. I'm a very good worker, I haven't been dismissed from any type of position.


    - Are you able to fulfill the tasks mentioned in this thread?

    Without a doubt.

    - How long do you see yourself working for us?

    Assuming the experience is good and the pay remains worthwhile I could see myself doing it through the rest of college or longer.

    - What makes you a fit for our company?

    I have the experience. I have the customer service skills. I have the open hours. I have the willingness to work and make us both some money.

    I can't see us clashing.


    - What does it mean to build a brand?

    Making sure that every experience with that specific brand is a positive one, that way people will associate the logo with quality.

    - What does it mean to be a leader?

    Being able to communicate and delegate tasks effectively. There are plenty of other desirable qualities in a good leader, but that is what it comes down to.


    - What does customer service mean to you?

    Making sure that the customer leaves feeling satisfied and that they were more than adequately helped. That the entire interaction was pleasant and hopefully memorable.

    Customer service is one of the, if not THE most important aspect to a business. This crucial position can make or break your company, With a poor customer service team, the customer will have a bad impression of the business as a whole, and will most likely not come back. Pricing is usually fairly standard across the industry, so you must rely on customer service to set your business apart. In the short window of time I would have interaction with a customer, I would go above and beyond to get their order processed quickly, while still following the procedures laid out by BluesGoldShop.
    - What does it mean to build a brand? Most of today's gold shops rely on word of mouth to build brand awareness. One of the key aspects to this is cross promoting on many different websites to reach your target audience. Another important method is periodically reaching out to your customers and letting them know of any sales or promotions you may currently have going on. This helps the customer remember who you are, and may persuade somebody to revisit your website.
    - What does it mean to be a leader? To be a leader, you have to be able to effectively communicate your ideas and principles to a team. But most importantly, being a leader means setting an example for those looking up to you. Any member of your staff can be a leader, even if they are not directly supervising other employees.
    - What does customer service mean to you? As I touched on earlier, customer service is the most important aspect of this business. If you are slow to deliver gold, people will go elsewhere. If you treat the customer with disrespect, the customer will go elsewhere. The only way to grow your brand is to set yourself apart with excellent customer service, because it is the only thing in this business that you can truely go above and beyond with.

    To be a leader, In my thoughts, it means that you have to be encouraging, hard working, confident, and you will never give up on your company no matter what. Leaders will fight through everything, and help the people that are in need of help, and will make sure the task is done and take charge.

    Customer Service to me means a lot. A Business can't be as successful without Customer Service. Customer Service will help you with all your issues with payments, purchases, and they will treat you right. All Customer Service workers need to be dedicated and polite, So I think Customer Service plays a huge role in every business, because I do not see a business going far without a nice, caring, hard working customer service.

    I have been trying to start a gold business of my own for quite some time. Recently I've purchased an account from another user and gold from R2P.     In college I worked for a marketing company as a marketing manager & team lead. I was tasked with both marketing products in the field & hiring, training, and subsequently firing employees.

    Following that career I have since signed up with the Air National Guard as an Air Traffic Controller. I've been taught how to handle the most stressful and multitasking job in the world. I love every aspect of my military career and look forward to becoming a pilot in the future.

    Absolutely, I find no difficulty in completing any of these tasks. If a challenge arises I will do everything in my power to overcome it and prove myself.

    - How long do you see yourself working for us?

    I would prefer to work with this company for its entirety. Whether it be 10 weeks or 10 years, if the work is enjoyable I'll be glad to do it.

    - What makes you a fit for our company?

    I know how to handle stress in both a sales driven environment and military air traffic tower. I pride myself on the integrity I bring into the workplace. I'm an Eagle Scout and US Military member, my image towards others is vital. I also never back down from a challenge, I'm always willing to learn new things and try to improve methods of operation. I find there is no obstacle too difficult to conquer if you put your heart and mind into it.

    - What does it mean to build a brand?

    Building a brand is different than a company. A brand shows trust, its well known, its the closest thing to an economic lifestyle. When people purchase gold or services from BluesGoldShop.com, I personally would like for them to leave feeling like they are part of a family. A brand welcomes all customers and provides quality and reputable service at competitive prices. Sure a brand may have slightly higher rates, but it is the trust and quality of its members that makes it worth the price.

    - What does it mean to be a leader?

    Being a leader is not conforming to other's standards. It's setting your own standards and being regarded as a trustworthy individual. A leader does not require any praise or spotlight, they instead should know that their contribution is bettering something bigger than themselves. A true leader puts his or her followers' well-being before their own.

    - What does customer service mean to you?

    Customer service is always about making sure the experience the customers have always proves positive. It is about ensuring that, in this case, the order is delivered on time and as promised. It is about being attentive to the customers needs and questions without showing lack of knowledge. A true customer service representative will recognize that they are the face of the company. When a user interacts with them, they are providing the first impression of the staff members. I personally would want all my customers to understand my passion and expertise in the area I'm working in order to allow a brand to be grown from my interaction.

Earn trust, make small profits, and eventually make it to where you have a website. Once you're there, hire only the best employees to make sure that legitimacy is remained a constant the entire time.

    - What does customer service mean to you?: The customers are feeling comfortable and relaxed during the trade. After the trade, they leave happy and feeling they weren't just another customer.
