Time waster... wouldn't recommend buying. I told him I would buy 20m. I went through all the verification showing him my PayPal, transaction id etc. Then he tells me that he can only sell me 20m rs3. Biggest time waster I have ever met.

 

-new sythe account with 0 vouch
-UNVERIFIED paypal
-not willing to show any form of ID proof
-paypal's first ever transaction is on 2015 (he claim his paypal acct is 6month old though)
-full of 'denied transactions' on paypal history (claim that it's becos his card not enough fund, and he didnt bother to check until paying)

As such i'm not willing to sell him > $10, as he's not interested in buying smaller amount, no deal is reached.

Whether the paypal account is urs does not matter, u cant prove the credit card belongs to you unless u can show ID (which you cant)

How could u have transaction in mid 2014 when u claim that ur paypal is 6month old?
Also i saw the last transaction in 2015, and i asked to see more, you said 'that is it':


I have never met someone who trial and error with paypal payment to see if you have funds in ur card/bank (why not log in to ur bank online to see ur actual balance?)


Anyway, i think there's no point pursuing this further, i dont trust you enough to sell u >$50, so just find another seller
