What to do to lower high cholestoral

I needed a Air Force flight physical to become an air traffic controller, cholesterol was one of the tests in there. I had normal levels at 168 total for my first blood draw but lowered it to 143 for my second one two months later.

Eat grilled chicken instead of red meat for a while. I know we all love steak but for this you need to sacrifice. Next, drink water water water... Soda is good but water cleans the body. Lastly, get on a good exercise regiment, even if its just jogging. Exercise can drop LDL levels by 10% in two weeks.

Just really a change in lifestyle will go a long way, I guarantee you'll be down to normal soon enough.
