Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I did not deliver the 2 or 3 bil Ikov requested by Mr.Chandler but it was not intentional because i was on a mobile device and I was having trouble seeing if the payment went through on PA as it was a bit buggy for me on my phone that night. I truly do apologize and i seek to become a part of this website once again. Whether you choose to believe me or not is not within my power but i can say that nothing of the sorts will never happen again if i am re-en-stated to this site.

So let me get this straight, you think 1 day is sufficient time in trying to contact your victim? Come back once you've repaid or an actual attempt has been made.
