    If you have one with a background try using the "screen" as the blending mode.

    Check out Kolour.org , the geniuses there might know.

    I believe you're looking for textures. Those usually have a black background, but you can make it look transparent with the layer styles.

    Your best bet are GFX packs, you can Google them or look on YouTube.
