    All jokes aside, I had this issue for while, except instead of every minute it was every 10 seconds, and my ping would jump to anywhere between 200-900 ms. Made any FPS impossible to play. Not really sure what caused or fixed it either, just started happening one day and lasted for about a week, then disappeared again.
