Banned over confusion.

Hi, I understand why I've been banned and people are just doing their job on here but it was all just a big miss understanding with the buyer of the account. I sold an account on PlayerAuctions to a person and a month later the OO recovered the account, the person I sold the account to was told I wasn't the OO before purchase and he was also told by PA. Ok so at first I got blamed for the situation and I told the buyer there wasn't much I could do, I tried multiple times to recover the account for him as I thought that was my only action as a seller to do, I'm still not sure to this day what the rules are on all sites when something like this happens. I wasn't successful on recovering the account He then went on to powerbot and posted what had happened but implied I had scammed him and he got me banned off there as I refused to an admin on powerbot to refund him even though the trade was done off site on pa and not on powerbot. A few hours later he came to realize what had really happened and that I hadn't scammed him and we came to an agreement that I'd refund him if he got me unbanned off powerbot as I'd been on that website for a while and had built a bit of feedback and made some friends over time, same with sythe. I've had an email from PlayerAuctions and I've told them about the situation and they know and the buyer knows that he is getting a refund so I really don't see why I've been banned, I guess someone who comes on here and also powerbot has seen whats happened, jumped to conclusions and reported me here I don't know. I'll post some pictures of proof of the situation I'm talking about.










I'm not a scammer it was just one of them things that happens. I understand the person who reported did the right thing because I could've been a scammer and there is a lot out there and also I understand the moderator who banned me is just doing his job but please unban me now, feel free to speak to the buyer yourself so he can confirm he did agree on a refund, thanks.

Until a refund has been given you'll remain banned. When you have proof of the refund being given we will look at your dispute. Denied for now.
