    Hello, i have been banned for scamming 2-3B ikov off someone a while ago. While i did not know i had scammed him i have not been given ample chance to pay him back. I was on a mobile device and was not sure whether the payment had went through or not as PA on phones is pretty buggy. I will refund him as i was unaware of the infraction at the time.
