Do you think public schools are corrupt?
I personally do, look what happened to SIX!
But a more personal example, at my school, the reverse racism/sexism by the administrators is absolutely out of control. One day in P.E, some overweight African-American chick jumped on my back, FOR NO damn reason. I felt threatened, so i pulled her off my back, and "threw her" on the floor. She wasn't even hurt. Next day, i get called down to the office. The principle said i was getting SUSPENDED for 10 days! And, in this conversation, he called me a "racist", "sexist" and an "abusive student". Is it like this everywhere? If so, schools are REALLY getting corrupt.

I think he might have misunderstood the situtation or the over weight African-American chick deliberately done it to get you in trouble. My school is public and i have had no problems except for when i called the princible a fucking useless cunt. lol and i didn't get suspended or expelled

I went to a public school for 4 years of my life and i thought it was better than all the private schools i went to

 

I know, i went to a Christian school, and everyone was a complete jerk...at least 75% of the kids at public school are nice kids.

Well im from australia, and i can definitely say the public schools system is very currupt.

i dont know about schools being corrupt... but i hate how if you do anything to someone of a different race/sex its called a hate crime or watever...

its stuipid. I got yelled at by my teacher cause i called my friend a crazy chink... we always joke around like that... but i got 2 detentions cause of nothing

Wow. You can't generalize all public school's because that's just not right.

In my opinion though, public schools are far superior to private schools, because in private schools are you exposed to a selected group of individuals- most of the time race or gender or background, ect. While in the case of public schools- you are exposed to the world how it really is (for MOST public schools that is- there are some exceptions of extremely racist/mispopulated schools) for the most part.

Of course some schools are fucked up and racist and such, but isnt everything in life?

 

I agree with fouisgras, it seems that corruption is just a part of life.
