    Or they stake it because they are gambling addicts and then when they lose they recover account back leaving the Buyer empty handed.. No one should be doing 07gp my personal Opinion. I think everyone should do paypal with Mm-OMM if the money gets chargeback prove it get the guy banned, recover rs account and thats it.
