i asked him to do my fc and trusted him with my bank he scammed me for 27mil

EDIT: Turns out the last IP login was removed from the login screen. I will need another mod to check this and see what we can do to proceed with this dispute. I don't see how we can prove that somebody logged into your account.

I'm requesting a TWC based on this report. While we don't have enough proof that he stole your items, we do have proof that he logged in, logged out, did not complete the cape, and you are missing gear. Other users have reported him for similar types of scams as well.
