[BUYING] Buying noob 30+ combat accs for 07GP

Hey, at the moment, I'm looking to buy 2 cheap accounts with a combat level of 30 at least. If there are some quests completed and a few skills that have been level'd 15+ that would be a plus. I don't care about RS3 so this part of the account has no value for me.

I will be buying a few of these over the days. Depending on how trusted you are, I might go first. If not you are going 1st or you can find a MM at your expense.
