Buying your crappy cmb 30+ acc for 07GP

Hey, at the moment, I'm looking to buy 2 cheap accounts with a combat level of 30 at least. If there are some quests completed and a few skills that have been level'd 15+ that would be a plus. I don't care about RS3 so this part of the account has no value for me.

I will be buying a few of these over the days. Depending on how trusted you are, I might go first. If not you are going 1st or you can find a MM at your expense. If you're going to be purchasing this for 2m/acc, you can easily make the account yourself and then find someone on the skill training section to get this done for you in the next few days.

I have roughly the same requirements for my own accounts and I get it done fairly easily.

Edit: I can't vouch for account safety yet since I only started using him for the last few days, but he does a good job at a decent price within a reasonable time frame.
