Scammer and possible vader

Today the user sonera pmed me selling the same exact account, and it happens the two users have an ip match which is extremely suspicious, for staff I reported the pms of him sending me the stats and quest points of the account that he says he is "selling" and I think he is vading easyshop

Edit: I think he may also be evading this banned acc too
