May i ask why it's priced as that? Is it more so due to the current rank? i'd figure i'd get more due to the skins i have.

Hmm, you could get a second opinion from MMO armory--as they buy LOL accounts. Previously had a D5 account price checked there with barely any skins--got an offer of $75 dollars lol. Can't really say the exact method used for pricing--but usually people look for 100+ skins, rare skins, a lot of champs etc. You have some legacy ones with riot kayle which is not bad. If you have all or a lot of champions as well the price should go up. I honestly think you could get more than $20. Although, it really depends, because you don't have ranked rewards and stuff--so can't expect too much more.
