Does anyone know how long until rockcrabs stop attacking?

I'm currently training a new pure, AFKing at waterbirth island. Just wondering if anyone knows how long they stay aggressive for? Is there a set time, or is the length of time different each time?

Pretty sure its around 30 mins.

 

Around that, maybe a little less. Just try it and experiment.

 

For me its usually 15-20 mins

 

"rock crabs will stop attacking a player if they have not left the surrounding area in a considerable amount of time (roughly between ten and twenty-five minutes)"

For me it always feels like about 10-15mins, never timed it myself though.

 

Pretty sure it's 15 minutes for almost every npc, non boss.

I've been putting a timer one to notify me after 10 minutes. Most of the time they'll stop attacking instantly, or a little later.

 

Seems accruate, I always have a countdown from 10 minutes and run south and back regardless. works for me.
