Main from 2003 Permanently Banned

Hey, so my main from 2003 was permanently banned for Macroing (Major) in 2014.

I really do want to start playing again, perhaps more-so legit, I've really learned my lesson on my main account to play legit. Is there anyway I can get this account back? I tried to email [email protected] but that email doesn't work anymore.

Also, what's very odd is when I log into my account, I see that there is an appeal pending for this Macroing (Major), but I know with 100% certainty that I was not the one who typed that appeal. There's lots of grammar/spelling mistakes in the appeal, so it looks like somebody gained access to my account to try and appeal. The unauthorized person sent the appeal in during Nov 2014, and I can't cancel it or send in a new appeal. I don't think Jagex will look at this or do anything about it.

Any ideas? Anyone who can help me with getting my account back will be paid with whatever is on my account.

 

Since you can't send a new appeal, your best option would be go communicate via twitter.

It's very unlikely you'll be unbanned, considering you did bot.

You can try tweeting them, posting on Reddit etc, but I think it'll just be a lesson learned.

 

My main got banned late 2013, tried contacting them as many ways I could, got no luck. But if you manage to contact them and get unbanned let me know.

 

Tweet at them is what everyone says, but maybe you can call customer support or something

 

Their email support no longer exists. You have to submit a ticket via the official RS wiki pages.

 

Yew I can give you one of my old accounts if you want. They aren't that good but I quit ages ago and maybe you could enjoy them.
