Anybody used LuckyPatcher / Modded Play Store with Android 5.x ?

I'm curious the value of Modded Play Store if it says it's not for downloading paid content for free..

Is it meant to allow Free versions installed to utilize premium features ?

The GLV explanation isn't enough for me :-/

As for LuckyPatcher.. anybody had success on 5.x ?

Sounds useful if you have a rooted device.

Sounds like you can remove ads and avoid some DRM if I understand correctly.

well.. I've always been rooted on every device

I've been holding out for xposed to get updated to 5.x.. alas :-(

Currently using AdAway for ad blocking if the rom I flash doesn't have any built in..

I'm not opposed to trying.. I"m just curious if anyone has used either.. can explain modded play store.. & most importantly can verify how well they work on 5.x since there's a nice little message about it being "somewhat" broken on Lolli..

Sure sure I could just try myself.. /shrug.. tryin' to make some root friends I suppose.. talk it out before I take the red pill :-D
