Shamelessly about to pre-order the ipv4. Can't resist $95 pricetag and improvements. Fml though because in 3 weeks there will be a 150 watt version or plus version but I guess that's always the case with tech stuff.

Most of the studies like this use super unrealistic scenarios to get the results they want.

Example using a basic clearomizer at 600 degrees Celsius which would be inhaling molten lava and causing actual combustion to take place and then trying to publish that ecigarettes are dangerous based on the results of getting 10x what the hottest vaper is getting or more.

Meanwhile there are hundreds of studies over many years surrounding each individual ingredient in ejuice(and results of them being inhaled).

Njoy Kings are really fuckin good disposable ecigs. First disposable I felt even slightly close to the real thing.

 

I'm interested in real objective studies related to vaping. Personally the health concerns aren't a huge factor for me but I'd potentially adjust the way I vape depending on new information.

The large majority of studies/articles that have been shared with me are clickbait/unrealistic/biased/etc.

For example you said vaping would increase your risk of cancer by 15%, where did you get that information? Also its important to keep in mind the overwhelming majority of people that vape are coming off of cigarettes, which in comparison is a lot healthier.

 

Interesting - finally got my batteries in for my clone Knight mod and it seems really weak. Is there any way to know this mod isn't just crap or getting a bad connection or something?

Tried it and kinda liked it. But it's a game, I mean, all that changing of parts, constantly refilling the tank... You always have to tweak it so I just quit it.

EDIT: oh god, just realized this thread ain't for weed well then:

I've been smoking cigarettes for say, 3 years and also owned a vape once - After like 2 weeks of using it I just didn't feel like vaping anymore. In my opinion it just ain't comparable to cigarettes - it's something completley different. So I eventually stopped using it and just threw it in my drawers. From that moment on, I've been back to cigarettes. Oh well, that's just how it goes/went - atleast for me.

Note: There might actually be people, that can stop smoking (real cigarettes) when vaping, but this is just not for me.

 

Could have been the vape/flavors you were using. If you don't start off with the right setup, you'll fall back to the cigs.

 

Increase the nicotine and try again. Maybe on a bit nicer setup. Try tobacco or coffee or menthol flavors or something that'll be similar to a cigarette.

 

Yeah, I might try it again soon. I had one of the cheaper "starter" vapes anyways, even the liquid sometimes weeped out of it. It wasn't really much of a joy. I'll most likely start off with tobacco flavour since it's not too far from original cigarettes.

 

One thing I will say now, is if you want to "enjoy" it - There's going to be a small investment for a decent setup. If you go cheap, you'll get cheap results.
