Scorched is super sketchy or a scammer.

I've been working for Scorched for a while now, and the first few purchases he had paid first and I finished, no problem. I did 45 quests, 1-50 Dungeoneering, 6-60 Range, and 35-70 Defence for him. The total payment for the dungeoneering was roughly 40m, which he paid. 30m for the range + $7 USD. he paid the 30m but not the $7 USD because his Paypal "Wasn't working" . He paid me 40m for the defence as well. I Finished all of this. The quests he was planning on paying after, along with 25-60 Farm, and the $7 from the range. Once all the quests were completed, he was unable to pay me via paypal because his paypal is locked. The price of the quests came out to be $52.50 and then we decided $15 for the farming and $7 for the range. When it was time to pay this is what happened:




He says he had bad history with paypal and they don't let him use it with his credit card.



So I told him Okay, cause he said he was going to buy a prepaid card and pay me later that evening. I then decided to start a skilling order for him (Exact skills are 32-53 thieve 29-50 agil 27-50 hunter 32 - 50 herblore 27 - 50 slayer 23-50 fletch 27-50 mining 40-50 fish 2-50 divination 7-50 rc.) We had agreed on 180m for this, and he paid 100m before and agreed to 80m after. (We first agreed on 140m, and then added in div for another 40m as shown below.)



100m was paid, and so far on this order I've gotten the fletching, herblore, and 45 Thieving. Was planning on finishing it tonight.

So later that night he came home with the preloaded card, and then claimed that did not work on his paypal either, as shown below.




So Okay, the card didn't work either. I figured maybe this is believable, so I'll just take gold pieces worth that amount. As shown below, we agreed on 183m.



He then purchased 165m and said "Thats $80 + 8% worth" although we agreed on 183m as shown in above screenshot.


Now that I accused him of ripping me off, he wants to terminate the order I'm currently doing which is the skills I stated earlier. He has already paid 100m/180m and we did them in a bundle. Do I finish the order up for him, or how much am I supposed to refund for this. Also, if I do finish this order I fear he will not pay me the remaining 80m that he will owe.

Scorched and I are still waiting on a mod to tell me what I am liable to refund
Also, please note that the farming was at 44 when this problem arose .

Edit : he still owes me 18m of the 183m for the quest/farm/range order because he paid 165m as stated earlier .

 

Dispute has been settled amongst ourselves, I refunded 65m and order has been terminated. Waiting for his confirmation pm and then I'll post the convo.
