No but showing how pathetic you are by trying to be better than everyone is an injustice. I've had worse, but the fact that I don't have to put up with this from some immature nerd is why I have a problem with it. Grow up and stop causing drama.
I'll just request this locked and start a new thread if I have to. Im not here to compare who has more knowledge or start problems with people. Leave me alone thanks.

How am I trying to be better than you? SASRT8 and I both corrected you - myself, all I did was provide more grounding for my rebuke. Let your pride go, dude.

You know, I could play this game. I could say you're trying to be better than me by now enacting ad hominem and calling me an "immature nerd." The thing is, I don't actually care. I'm waiting for code to compile from Github and this is a perfect time waster.

Lol i'll say this again. It has nothing to do with how much knowledge I have. This means it's not about my pride. I've already stated in my thread that i'm not a professional. You took something I said out of context for grounds to start a problem. It's not even my pride, it's your ego. I didn't come onto your thread and try to correct you and insult you now did I? Just Smh.. pathetic.

I could say you're not a professional with grammar.
P.S. it's ''Write'' not right. ''You're'' not your. Please don't bother posting.

There is a certain irony here.

You just tried to tell me to stop trying to be better than other people. His words were perfectly understandable, even if his spelling and grammar was not. Get over yourself, everyone else knows what he means.

Yes I can see how you and doofus function in society. This is what I get for coming back to Sythe and trying to do something to help people. Lol... this is just sad.

I do not doubt your intentions, only the extent of your knowledge. Learn to admit to yourself when you're wrong, and you'll save yourself a lot of bullshit.

You're still dwelling over me being wrong? I'm not concerned about that. I meant something different than what you think I did and you're trying to hold it against me as if I committed a crime.

Well, to be fair, I know perfectly well what you're talking about. The thing is, you're misunderstanding what it all is. You've said you're studying network administration, but that's an unrelated field of computing to the advice you've tried to offer in regards to things like 32-bit, 64-bit etc. - I doubt you will, but trust me on this, you're the one who's misunderstanding.

Not trying to add to the fire, but isn't that a bit ironic considering what you're offering?

As far as the insults and petty remarks, just accept they occurred and get over it. There's no reason to continually derail the thread. It looks completely unprofessional and can be handled privately.

    Thanks! ^_^

Honestly, read the link I put up earlier. You'll understand what x86 means.

x is a placeholder. What it means is anything compatible with a processor architecture ending in *86, such as i386, i286 etc. - Basically, Intel's 32 bit processor architecture. i386 was one of the first members of the x86 family.

    x86 = 32 bit bud. It doesn't say 86 bit lol.

You could at least read the link Swan provided.

I already said I know that x86 is x32 at least 5 times. I wasn't saying x86 was an amount in which chunks were processed. I was simply talking about how x86 is a label, some people may have wanted to know what x86 is if they have one.

You still have 86 "bit" written in your main post.

Some advice: It's better to admit your wrongs rather than falsifying your rights. It will prevent you from causing prolonged arguments that derail the thread.
