No. The only minigame that should give combat xp is pest control.

Any reason you feel that way?

Combat experience as a reward should be exclusive to pest control because it's the only enticing perk to the minigame other than void. By adding combat xp rewards to barb assault you would essentially harm the activity of pest control. When you compare the rewards of both minigams, barb assault wins by far in terms of quality and quantity. Because the rewards for barb assault are much better than pest control, it would make sense to transition to it after obtaining void, thus hindering the already plunging activity of the minigame. It would be incredibly hard to balance the xp rewards for barb assault because of how incredibly fast you can max out points. As someone who played the game religiously, it would change the meta of training, and take away from the dwindling minigame that is pest control. Because of these reasons, it would never pass a poll.

You could simply make it so that the xp rates would never get higher then say half of whats possible at pest control. That way it would not devalue PC, but still give people the possibility of gaining combat xp while doing a minigame they love

Here is the problem. By making xp rates horrendously bad, you pretty much nullify the effort of promoting the suggestion. It would be a waste to use points on experience if that were the case. I don't see them adding a reward that would be considered bad to the casual player, and decent to the expert. I also don't think they will revisit barb assault for quite some time.

If you love the minigame and play it anyway then any xp would be better then no xp? Making it slow and hard for low levels could also justify that this would open new routes when it comes to account builds
