You're probably selling those mystery gifts from a Referal-gifting account. If people are willing to take gifts from those accounts which could be removed, they would rather buy a 17k RP gifting account themselves.

17k/475RP per skin = 36 mystery gifts x $3 what you're charging = $107...

It cost $30-35 to get the account themselves.
