Jagex wont respond to recovery requests! WTF????

So i have 2 accounts that I'm trying to recover, just found the info.


And they are not responding to recovery requests? WTF.

 

It can take from 1 to even 5 days them to reply.

 

How long has it been since you sent the request?

 

2 Weeks at least

 

Same here. It's quite annoying. Their customer support was never the best though. No surprise here lol.

 

They don't respond to accounts that have been banned or have warnings / suspicions of being associated with RWT (ones that they think have been sold/traded/shared a lot).

If your IP is identified as an "account traders/sharers IP", associated with a great amount of accounts, they also sometimes just will never respond.

 

What method did you use to contact them?

 

To recover an account that i had ages ago, i have full info and waited now for more than 72hrs and still no reply.

 

I'd try tweeting them

i tweeted them, not seem to be responding.

 

If you only sent one during that two week span, try sending another. I've never had to wait longer than a day to recover an account.

Same here. Try another recover form man,
And do it at around 9am gmt so you're sure they see it first thing in the morning.

 

i did like 5 recovery forms each on both accts, no twitter responses.
NO EMAIL RESPONSES.

You sure the information is accurate and that you're the original owner?

If not, this could explain the delay.

 

Yes im 100% sure the info is as accurate as it gets.

 

Ok submitted 2 appeals this morning for both accounts, lets see if they respond by the time i get back to at least 1 of them. Will update this in : 10hrs

 

You're the original owner, too? If so they should be relatively quick appeals.
