Unranked LvL 30 Accounts

I recently purchased one along with my irl buddy. My account and his were both 20-25k lp basic lvl 30's. Both were banned with in a week of purchase after we applied Rp to both. Now ive researched and found most sellers say there's a 3% chance of ban. Ive actually found that to be straight up bullshit. These guys are acting like buying these accounts are safe and easy and in reality its a huge risk. I think the rules need to be changed and they need to take responsibility. Its no different then the Rs market. When i sold Rs accounts i would post that i would have zero responsibility if the account was recovered or banned. Jack Goff made it clear i couldnt sell accounts like that but were allowing this in LoL market?

In this conversation he clearly states buying these accounts are risky yet he keeps selling them along with all the other sellers. I went with his advice and the account with 20-25k lp were still banned. Rules need to be changed asap

 

i don't think this is in the right forum (since it has nothing to do with lol discussion, moreso on the lol blackmarket thus should go to suggestions/feedback forum).

have you pmed the guy you bought it from or a mod(sellerman) to see what can be done?

 

I'm not wrong. Every time you argue something you look at it from a one sided perspective. There are more people in the world than you, Hattez. Sorry, I don't mean to sound abrasive. However, your accounts getting banned don't speak for the rest of the userbase on LoL, who've purchased accounts that haven't been banned. An accurate estimate would probably be 5% or so, at current. Also, you can gauge this figure simply by seeing how many reports have come of accounts being banned on Sythe - 2; even thought over 200 people have bought fresh accounts here.

The rule isn't going to be changed, as it's against Riots T.O.S, having accounts banned is the risk YOU take, and the seller isn't going to be held liable.

 

Actually i was referring to a large account seller telling me there's been a rather large ban wave recently. Also Eloedge emailed my friend letting him know he experienced a 1000 account ban himself and that he would be refunding him with his money or another account. My actual dispute had to do with the misleading ban rates and, users only being responsible for 2-3 days after purchase. My ban came several weeks later. Sellermen i dont give a fuck how you feel about me. I made this thread to enlighten people about ban rate increases and safety issues when purchasing accounts. Dont like it then dont click my threads.

 

I'm not responding with personal bias, if that's what you think (which is what I said in my initial post - I have nothing against you).

Anyway, yes, there has been an increase in accounts being banned, and that was even stated by Riot when they amended referrals and stated that rewards would be revoked and in some instances accounts banned.

Again, it's the risk involved when buying these accounts.

I'll edit the rule sticky and say it's more frequent as off late.
