Ive been locked out of my account for 9 months now

I've been locked out of my account for 9 months now from two factor. I bought a new phone but forgot to switch the authentication. Despite numerous emails and threads, I've gotten no where.

Here are the facts:


My email(registered on the account) has a 2 factor affiliated with my phone number. My number has NEVER changed.

I can verify I have access to my Powerbot account that has 500+ feedbacks WITH the same NAME, SKYPE, and registered emails.

My password remains the same.

My IP and GEOlocation remain the same.

Literally everything is the same but I cannot get past my 2 factor since I switched the phones... and no one is helping me.

I created this account because I have no access to Sythe AT ALL. Please can you verify my credentials and REMOVE two factor please?

 

Will assist you as much as I can on Skype, talking now

 

Got everything I need just waiting on an Admin with access to fulfil my request to remove it.
