Talk about your feelings man. I know your guy friends probably act like nothing ever bothers them and it's a real taboo for us dudes to open up and feel okay talking about it but honestly? it's going to help you so much. That one friend you've always been friends with, just tell them about it. Tell them how you feel. Even just sharing the problem feels like half a load of your shoulders, I'll bet.

It's a tough thing to comprehend. And even more so for your dad. He's probably not even taken it in yet. All you can do is be attentive and be an ear to vent to for him. Ask him how he feels, talk about it, assure him you're there. As for your mum; you may not be able to assist financially or help with her bad job but you can help in other ways; around the home or something?

Anyways; I'm here if you need to vent to someone or just let your feelings loose. It'll be alright bruh.

I can see you have it pretty hard right now, I can relate to my parents hating there jobs but it puts food on the table. To the odds of your father living, 70% is a lot so the only thing you can really do is stay optimistic because the odds are in your families favor. Your friends aren't going to judge you if you tell them what's going on and you suddenly burst out into tears, friends are there to support you by your side. Yes it might be awkward for a guy to be crying to his friends, but it's about your family, man. If you ever need anything just message me or add me on Skype.

I can understand, at least a little bit, what you're going through. My father unfortunately passed away from lung cancer a few years back, but he had been battling the disease for a couple years prior. A lot of people seem to try to bury their feelings during that time, and while it's important to stay positive, it really does help to talk about it.

I agree with what Roary said, talk with your closest friend(s) about it, and don't be afraid to show emotion. I made the mistake of bottling it up, and it's really affected my relationships and even my day-to-day mood for a long time. Feel free to add my skype (chase_2208) if you want to talk.
