That's all of it from the start. Omitted my RSN. He occasionally logs back into Skype, and 2-3 seconds later goes invisible/logs off

Or did you even get ingame in the end?

 

I was ingame, but never received a trade offer from anyone while sitting in 378 for ~15 minutes, so I never took any screenshots. I did send him a skype message to this report @ 8:59 last night PST, and he is online Sythe right now.

Yeah I just received a message from him that he did in fact give you the gold.
Which is why I'm asking for ingame screenshots.

 

I'd like to see his screen shots, or have you verify them, and I'll pm you the unedited skype message with my rsn. If needed, I can account for nearly all of the gold/items in my bank.

 

Since neither of you has ingame screenshots I'm ruling this in your favor.
He has 12 hrs to pay up or show considerable amounts of proof that you were repaid.
If he doesn't follow this, he'll be banned.
