dispute against my ban

I haven't dispute my ban since i did not had solid proof to support the things i wanted to say. Because of recent events i have that now.

Let me start at the beginning with my first account here on sythe: http://www.sythe.org/members/385447-one2many.html
This account got temp/banned for self vouching, can't find the report nor the dispute but long story short "M8 bought something for me, i tough nice he can vouch for me and let him made account to vouch for me on my pc"
Ban got lifted after explaining but got a TWC.
I tough that TWC going ruin my business so i made account: http://www.sythe.org/members/397925-nrem.html and requested a SRB for one2many account.
I was told multi account is allowed here on sythe so i did that and gained many vouches and made some friends ( vouches here: http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1649036-trusted-nrem-vouches.html )

I bought several 3 digit accounts from rockstar and was about to keep the one with the greatest ID so i planned on selling 1 with id: 0:1:420
Here comes (1)Bitingelbows/landlocalrissian/rizla in the picture, he wanted to buy the account from me but could not pay all at once so he did it in small peaces.

(2)After he received the account ive noticed something weird on my paypal, almost all funds that i have received was gone ( this was my first chargeback case ) besides 2 payments ( probably out of dispute range in days )
Apparently he disputed the payments he made ( scamming ) and didn't replied on skype anymore. So i did what everyone does, locking the account and trying to get it back. Failed, because but they ensured me it would stay locked.

So no account, atleast 240$ lighter and had a remaining of 2 payments he could't dispute ( 110$ )
So it costed him money and the account! But it cost me more.
This made him probably insanely mad and started his personal vendetta against me.

You can see he talks about new accounts, stolen paypals and everything.
Also he is banned on many other sites incl from organner where he has been a mod, but back-stabbed everyone and asume also scamming.
But that does not matter here.

This part of the topic beholds all critical information and is for sure not 100% read trough, else i would not have been banned.
At that time we had 2 pages of reports so i understand with this much information you would pass on a couple things but that was just critical within this report.

And check out the part about me being hacked, he is saying that i got hacked several times what aint true.
I got RAT 1 time, cost me a couple accounts and personal email + money but i also reclaimed a few.
Also got impersonated a couple times, and why? because i am moderator at x22 i get impersonated so often you can't imagine. So many reasons the would try to make a bad name for me just think about it for you mods why people use your names.


just read it again after reading everything above, put the pieces together.
You will see it then, if not them i am all out of idea's!


Also he got so paranoid that he thought every person from the Netherlands was me while it wasn't for example:

This person cost me my personal steam accounts ( 3 digit, 4digit + alt accounts ) in total worth over 2000$
It is time for everyone to know that and know the true story of what happend because i am sick and tired to explain it to everyone what really happend or get accused as scammer while i am not.

I have been here all that time since under many names with only good vouches, people go first to me with 200$+ transactions and trust me with it.
If i was a scammer i could have made thousands of dollars by now but since i am not a scammer i didn't.

Proof? at the bottom, all my accounts + vouches i made with it so far.
I am not asking to lift my ban, just want to know everyone who googles me to find the right story. if i get unbanned would only be a extra.

You can SRB/ban every account that i have made since.
I am only interested in 1 account i want to use and that is where this dispute is for. if not, okay then i am done.


I am pretty sure he will go nuts and going to deny everything on one of his fresh accounts here on sythe.
Just look at the facts given here and proofs, look at the report that every evidence of linking me to several accounts is not there, see the copy paste everyone can type and acuse, no picture proof, nothing. it is because it is not there


Just read everything well, please i ask you to take your time.
Make questions if anything is not clear, ill be answering all of them.
I could choose to stay and say nothing about all these accounts, or scam with it for thousands of money, instead of that i gain solid vouches and choose to clear things up finally after things become clear about bitingelbows in several reports.
