    [WTB] Cheap EUW silver/low gold elo account
    I have a friend in silver and i'd like to do some ranked with him so i need an account in gold/silver elo.I don't need any skins or anything fancy.

    My first criteria will be the price, i'll most likely buy the cheapest one, but between equal offers, i WILL ALWAYS choose the most trusted seller. My second criteria will be the number of champs and runes

    Make me offers.

    EDIT : Forgot to specify, but it doesn't necessary mean that placement games are done. I'll also buy an account without placement games done.
