Hey i'm currently looking to start my own business to do so i need to build up enough vouches so i can start making money , I will only do 1 Free service per Trusted user.
I will not do any new members or members without a decent amount of vouches. ( Do to legitimacy )

Skill Training Information

• I will not do any accounts with out a bank pin
• Only leave the gear you would like me to train with
• You must supply me with Noted food in which i will un-note off my own account each inventory.
• I will not do Farming or Slayer
  

Questing Information

• I will not do any accounts with out a bank pin
• You must supply me with quest items and have the needed Requirments
  

Starter Accounts

• You MUST make and register the account at lvl 3 before giving access
• ONLY supply with gear you would like me to use
• I will only do 1-50 Depending on which Combat stat/Skill (Defence 40 Max(For free that is)

this is against the rules check the sticky on user services page I believe its in bold you cannot request a vouch or promise for one.
