bulk runescape accounts

I am wondering how much someone would be willing to pay for a group of accounts. I.e I make 10 accounts and get 60 woodcutting on each of them and sell them to a gold farmer. I am not sure what the policy on botting is on this forum but I could only see a botter buying these.

I would do any sort of skill or even just create a bunch of level 3 accounts that could be used to bot.
