Looking For 07 Starter Pure.

Hello i have just come back to runescape and im looking to buy a cheap starter pure. i can pay by paypal preferably or i can pay by 07gp. i only want a trusted user please . will be going first.
preferable the following stats.
60 attack preferably.
70+ strength
1 defence
these are the main stats i am looking for the rest i dont mind too much about but preferably good stats.
