Have added him on skype, multiple times I've messaged him asking to buy keys and I almost always don't get a response. Very annoying to deal with him.

EDIT: He replied finally and informed me that he would not sell to me more than 10 keys because I am not trusted enough. I certainly respect that, but he followed that up by being a total cunt. Wouldn't trade with him if I were you.
