Quit the smoke brother, you'll only benefit from it. Keep eating clean and hitting the gym consistently.

Even though I made a thread about bulking, I'd like to know whether bulking dirty is bad idea? I've never bulked before.

    Heres some general tips.
Stay away from bread if you want to lose fat and gain muscle
Cut out almost all sugars, natural is okay like fruits but don't over do it.
Get a low fat or lean selection of items for meals. Chicken and fish can be your best friends, even though you'll end up eating them.
    Avoid Fruit juice, and Granola.
Eat loads of vegetables, but be careful with starches such as potatoes and corn. Also remember if you have to smother something in butter it's not healthy. I go with a can of green beans a day, no fat 1G of sugar per serving and 3 1/2 grams of sugar total. Carrots, Broccoli and many other greens. Salad with no dressing if you got guts is really good. Throw some nuts on it maybe some tomatoes but watch dressings and butter.
Eggs are fine, but the ones I get have 4.5G of fat per egg, so watch them if you wanna burn fat.
    High protein
    no sugar
    low fat
    no processed foods
    no junk food
ice cream is a fat no.
Milk has sugar, be careful maybe get vitamins for your calcium intake. Or get non fat or no-low sugar milk if you have to.
    no cereal.
Noodles are okay before a meal but go with wheat noodles, red sauce some hamburger meat home cooked. Don't eat parmasean cheese and bread, it ruins it. It's good energy before a workout and you burn the carbs.
If the label says organic, it doesn't always make it a good, healthy choice.
READ THE LABELS, I COULDN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH.

As for lifting, Does anyone know the best way to lift dumbbells? I have a 35LB that I can do about 5 reps of and a 16 LB I can do 20-30 of without breaks. I do about 100 reps per arm in 1 workout session. I don't do both arms at the same time because my left is less coordinated than my right and it's difficult.

Curl for 3 sets, 6-10 reps. Try different variations, for example Hammers and Reverse and throw in some Behind the back tricep extensions to make the most out of your dumbbells
