Reason for TWC:
Threw multiple red flags during that conversation. Originally he wanted me to go first with 75M. Then he would send the full payment VIA WU then I would deliver the rest (25M) after I picked up [payment at WU. Later on in the conversation, he said I could trade him 40M then he would send the full payment of $260 and I deliver the rest (60m) after I pick up payment. It just seemed extremely sketchy to me as it seemed like he would say anything to get a little gold.

 

Not enough IMO. And was right to be cautious with you it seems.
