    Hey Sythe, I am looking to get back into the PKing scene and don't feel like wasting time leveling so I am looking to buy one.     i dont see what you mean by my accounts not really developed, it has a 1500 total level, fully quested, w/ lunars etc.. all untradeables its only lacking Ranged Levels which is fairly easy to train.
